Angelus Errare will be playing with Laramigos Spangler to help open the Teenage Bottlerocket and Authority Zero show in Laramie on March 29th!
This show is really an amazing gift, and we are both fortunate and honored to be a part this show, which is part of an annual celebration of Brandon Carlisle.
I (Seneca) helped put on one of Ray and Brandon’s first shows at punk fest in Cheyenne. I believe it was also with the Lillingtons waaaay back in the tube television and AIM Messenger days.
This was back when punk bands were about as sparse in the state as they are now. So we reached out to a few names we found and somehow convinced everyone to show up and represent Wyoming.
The show was a blast and every band that played really delivered. I won’t say it had a huge turnout, but for those who were there, I am sure their lives were forever changed for the better. I know mine was.
Times have surely changed since then, but the love and camaraderie remains as strong as ever.
I’ve gotten to see our local Laramie kids blossom into a world dominating onslaught of infectious and high quality punk rock. They earned their place as one of the region’s best bands. They have been grinding the whole time and never let up.
I could go on and on, and maybe I will in a different post, but for now, let’s just say I am stoked.
And if you are new here, listen to our demo on our main page here.
And if for some reason you want to hear one of Seneca’s favorite TBR song. Ok. It’s gotta be “They Call Me Steve.”
Authority Zero will rip all of our faces off, so let’s just start moshing in the living room now.
